No sidelights on the front / rear or left/right?

Both front sidelights. Maybe the switch. They are on separate fuses so if its both its

not a single fuse.

Rear side lights all working?

left/ Right have separate fuses, Separate Earth points. The common factor is the headlight switch.

On this kind of topic, is it supposed to be relatively a hard task to replace a sidelight bulb?

I take the light out, and twist off the plastic cover ont he back, but then there's no room to grab the light and pull it out, and my fingers just slip off it. I tried to grab a wire, and pull by that, but I don't want to do that incase I damage the wire terminal.

Is there a special way of removing the sidelight bulbs?

Long nose pliers?

Someone with thinner/stronger fingers.

There have been a few posts where people have had issues removing them. Mine came out

very easily.

i have found that the headlight retaining clip is useful for helping get out the sidelight bulb holder if its being stubborn.

basically use it as a pry bar on the lipped edge of the holder & you use teh rear case of the headlight as the pivot point etc

thats how i do it on my mota when i aint got the pliers handy.

That was a great tip, the retainer clip actually seems to be designed (along with the bulb holder) to be prised out like that.

I don't think its designed for the job, but generally its more than enough ( I say generally as I did manage to bend the end of the clip the very 1st time I tried on mine when I 1st fitted LEDs ( the 1st holder was VERY stuck inplace :} )
