Ansa Motor Works- Trusted by boon147
15 Charter Street
|Address Line 1:||15 Charter Street|
|Address Line 2:|
|Town / City:||Leicester|
|Independent or Main Ford Dealer?:||Independent Garage|
|Reason Why I trust It:||I had my clutch and DMF done there after reading excellent reviews on the Good Garage Scheme website:
Gill / Jill took my call, and was very friendly and took note of everything I wanted to know. She then went to find the information for me, and called me back with an extremely competitive quote.
Ansa had my car overnight as I asked them to do additional work on the car, however they rang me and kept me updated throughout the process. Also, having the car overnight did not pose a problem at all as I was supplied with a Courtesy Car (providing there is one available) to enable to me get to work etc.
The other main job I asked them to look at was a shock absorber on the back as I have a loud knock when going over bumps, but while the car was up in the air they saw the exhaust rubbers were awful, so changed them, and said see if that fixes the problem first. I think that is top quality service as there are many garages that I know who would have changed the shocker anyway regardless if it needed doing, so thats another plus point from me.
All in all, dealing with Ansa Motor Works was an absolulte pleasure, and they kept me updated and didnt complete work based on what I said and actually investigated the problem, only replacing what was actually needed.
Ansa Motor Works go above and beyond. Anyone in Leicester should check them out. Nice family run business which have very competitive prices.
