Did you get around this problem? As I have a 2002 Mondeo that's doing exactly the same and has the same error codes. I have done a leak off test today and all 4 injectors leak off the same amount of diesel...!!! But I'm fast comming to the same conclusion as you, that it's a air leak in the fuel line. As when doing the leak of test, every now and then a bubble came down the leak of pipes.

Thanks for the advice, that will be my next attempt at curing the beat. I have just read this thread from the begining and the boost diaphragm sounds a very plausable answer. It is only when I put the car under hard excelleration and only when hot, that limp mode attacks. ie When the turbo boosts most. Now I know old style injection system used to have a diaphragm that increased the fuel mechanically in the pump when the turbo came on boost. But is this true of common rail? I thought this was all controlled by pressure sensors and the ecu? Does anyone have the definative answer..??? If it is a diaphragm..... Does anyone know where to find it as I would have expected a small rubber tube going to the pump somewhere. But I can't see one on mine. Having said that I can't see much on mine under the grime anywho..!!!
