points for trolley jack and axle stands

Hello could anyone tell me whell to place my trolley jack and axle stands to do an oil change.
as a matter of interest the air and oil filter was £32 from ford very reasonable.

I have a 2ltr tdci zetec saloon

Looking on pg 225 of the handbook the front jacking point can best described from the diagram as directly below the wing mirrors as it comes out from the door.

The rear points are about 6" from the end of the sill roughly in line with the base of the door where it meets the sill.

It doesn't mention axle stands.
