Radio key code

Please can somebody help..? Had to change a fuse and now my radio ask for the key code.. The trouble is the one supplied with the car appears to be incorrect.. I only got the car last year so i phoned the ford garage where I got from. I gave them the serial no of the radio( after I removed it) and he in putted into a computer but he said it was not recognised.. Please please can someone help.... Ps it's a 6000cd serial no v032414

Saw this on a forum regarding serial number - may work for u

Try pressing and holding buttons 2 and 6 at the same time. Otherwise you'll need to take radio out and look at sticker on side
