Hi there,
I have Mondeo 1.6, 125 HP, Trend Plus packet with Bluetooth and Voice control and Sony audio. We in Serbia are receiving Ford cars from Germany, so the voice control language is German, although the audio and display can be changed in English language. How can I change voice control language to English or French (can speak them rather well but German do not know anything). I went to the dealer and ask them to install new software, but they told me that the only solution is to change Bluetooth module which will cost me additional 1000€. Are they ``pulling my leg``? Thanks’ in advance!

This time next year we will be millionaires!! :kaffeetrinker_2:

If you have the DVD sat nav with the touch screen then it is easy. You just press the Menu button and select Languages. You are then presented with a list of languages to choose from.

If you don't have the touch screen then I'm sorry but I don't know the answer.
