I never grew out of Capri's after owning various models in the glory days of the 70's & 80's. Always promised myself I would get a 2.8i if the chance arose. It did and this is my 2.8i Special. IMG]http://i1121.photobu...ningtonpic1.jpg[/IMG]

i quite fancy a capri, my dad had one when i was a kid, mk1 all the chrome etc, 1.6 gl iirc.

they're fetching good money these days...

This is how mine looks today, rear axle, suspension and petrol tank removed as the back end underneath is going to get some restoration work, most bits powdercoated, new polybushes and new nuts n bolts all round.

Cheers! did the front end last Winter, got lots of pics, I'll get round to doing a restoration post/ diary one day, heres a before and after of the front struts.
