Ment to say its a 18TD. The pollen filter? you mean the water is filling up in there ? and finding its way to the passenger footwell ?

Hi,
I had the same problem, water getting into the passengers footwell. Fortunately, the problem raised after I replaced the pollen filter so I knew where to look. The problem was that the rubber between the pollen filter base and the car was deteriorated due to aging. I took off the filter base by removing the two nuts that fix it to the car and replaced the rubber with a new one. Up to now, the problem seems to be solved.
Additionally, I had another water leak ,but in this case the water came in from the footwell side. I found that this leak was originated in the upper windglass rubber. I put sealant in the rubber and it seems to have stopped.
Hope this helps.
