With all this bad cold weather I got condensation in one headlight, I thought I fixed the problem when I attempted to reseal it but obviously that didnt work... What I want to know is will I fail my MOT which is due soon for having condensation in the headlight?

The best way is to have your lights on when driving to the test centre and it should warm the lenses enough to clear it :L
