In case anyone is interested (I certainly am :} ) it's looking very likely we'll be able to get a supercharger for the ST220 at a very reasonable price.

I'm not 100% convinced yet that this will fit the ST220 engine, as we've got a chuffing great engine mount in the way of where the pulley is...

I've taken a photo so will add it to that thread to gain feedback.

The thing that puts me off with that is it's more complicated. You need oil feed lines, you will need to relocate the battery to the boot, cut down or remove the washer bottle, replace the coolant bottle for a smaller item.

The Eatons are sealed lifetime units, so that will resolve the oil issue.

The only potential problems with the Nautilus one at the moment are the engine mount, and the probability that a new bonnet will need to be constructed to give the height clearance.

on the mk3 the pulley set up is different to the mk2 engine as well
the tensioner is towards the front of the engine on the mk3 v6 and towards the back on the mk2

Would it fit if the UIM was swapped over?

On my zetec the big silvertop top mount was in the way of the SC pully but it was easily overcome by changing the pully size and rerouting the belt. Maybe this would be poss on this 3.0 kit? Or could a smaller mount be fabbed?

The biggest problem that I can see with this kit is the fact it'll foul the bonnet :}

It looks like you'd need a big hump fabricated into your bonnet, which tbh, isn't the end of the world, I'm pretty sure something half decent could be made.
