The car was on the way to tuners and after 22 miles put a hole in a piston and valve. The engine was rebuilt with a new set of cp pistons. The gearbox was redone as was still noisy new set of gears and input shaft,Well the engine went in and I towed it to the tuners. After a MSD chip and fuel regulater ,I drove her away,320 miles later all is good.I started soldering wires under the dash and sorting the side skirts out.Ive been generally tinkering wich is my favourite part,There are a whole load of little jobs .I roughly do 2 a weekend.Strut brace on ect.I bought her a set of compomotives wich look fab.So it looks like the car is coming on a treat.I have sourced a L8 ,with a pf09 tb and am looking for my black siemens injectors.Im looking for good bhp,i need a new turbo as well at some point T34 or better.

2000 (W) Mondeo Mk2 Ghia 2.0 Hatch in Stardust Silver, now needing a pair of front jacking point covers... msg me

Ever noticed that putting "anal" in front of some ford model names makes them sound funny? Fiesta, Probe, Ranger. Explorer, Maverick etc... lol

IMG_0370.JPG [attachment=132326:IMG_0330.JPGThe car has come on great. At the moment a input shaft to the T5 warner borg snapped as it was a chocolate welded one.I am sourcing a new item. The gearbox is out.I have done some work on it but there is a load of clever stuff I will do once the weather is kinder.I put stuff on occasionally. There is a lot to be done but there is no rush.I find working on the car to be my hobby.Would like one day to show it of .If not only to have a easy day in the sun without being mechanic mucky all day.

These things are sent to try us, but glad to see your keeping up the good work and the project is moving forwards, even if at the rate of one step forward to steps back at times, keep it up Craig. :L
