Hi,

The alarm keeps going off all the time for no reason on my puma. Battery has recently been removed and re-charged, but have checked all connections and all are clean. Does anyone know what could be causing this, or any idea what to try?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

not 100% the test is compatible with the puma, but it might work... http://www.mirez.co.uk/AlarmProbs.htm (click the test on the link) imo, the best place to start the test from is the bonnet switch.

Also the bonnet switch is usually the cause of alarm problems, if you pop the bonnet it sits along the front of the car, hidden by a concertina rubber boot, you can unplug this, and bypass it with a wire, to convince the alarm that the bonnet is closed at all times.

Failing that the cure to stop it going off all night is to disconnect the alarm horn. the hazards will flash, but there's no noise...
