Are you sure you have checked the correct wiring? the pad warning wire is a very thin black wire with a connector plug on the suspension strut, not the thicker ABS wiring.
Hi, yes I checked the correct plugs, so from what you say if I put a continuity tester on the disconnected brake pad wires I should be able to check if I have a faulty pad sensor, out with the axle stands at the weekend then!
