easiest method, call autoglass, diy, doorcard off, inner insulation off, then with window about halfway down, pull and wiggle. I'd ask if you had a haynes manual, but i don't think the latest ka book is done yet, but i have a pdf copy of a mondeo one you can look at, to see what's entailed if you want.
