If you are bump from behind on a roundabout, who would be at fault ? You as the as the one which had just been hit or the other drive which when into you >

usually its the one who pokes you up the tradesmens gets the blame.

    That's what I wanted to here, but was unsure about it. Lets hope the insurance company see it in the same way.  :L

    well as we all know you should leave enough gap in front but you know it never happens, unless the driver in front did something really stupid and it got caught on cctv or something like that, with 20 or so witnesses i'd say its 99% sure person in front wasn't at fault. The roads are damp at the minute, soaking in places and brakes get wet, tyres that aren't best lose their grip, and sh1t happens.

      They will be to blame.  Regardless of situation it`s up to the driver behind to allow enough time/space to stop.  I got hit 2 years ago at a roundabout waiting to enter.  Nice payout :)
