there is a way to tell, but i cant remember it sorry. im sure somebody knowledgable will fill you in soon, or have a big long session on freds diary that might deal with it somewhere.

The orange stripes apparently from the searches I done. Looks like the cams are genuine ST200 ones, I'll be removing the heads on the weekend so will be able to check the pistons. Its looking alright so far though. I'll take loads more pics

Yep the cams at the very least are genuine. The easiest way to check the flywheel is by putting it on the bathroom scales. It should either read 17 lb or 17 kg, I can't remember which one it was. A standard one is around 22

The dome on the ST200 piston is larger than the standard V6 piston as far as I'm aware. I think Simonty has a photo somewhere in his Mk1 diary
