So Probes are a bad car?

Thats what most people think about them.Well i just mot'd mine last monday,never did a thing to it except a quick check and it flew through (we don't do advisories here in n ireland,you pass or fail).

Not bad for a 16.5 year old car still running original shocks,never has had a rubber bush fitted or ball joints/track rod ends ,the usual mot stuff and has never been welded.....apart from the usual servicing and wear and tear items,1 radiator ,1 exhaust system,1 cv joint and and a couple of sets of tyres in 11 years its hanging in there ok.

Yeah i loved my 24v. the dizzy packed up but it was cheap and easy to replace mine always flew through mots and never let me down if i didnt have 2 dogs ide have another

Very under-rated cars, Probes. Love live the Probe!!
2000 'W' Ford Focus 1.4 Zetec, 3dr Hatch. Oddly enough, it's silver too!!

When ive got no dogs ile get another as it just wouldnt be practical.
