go to http://www.etis.ford.com/
click on the "vehicle" tab and lookup the registration. That should give you a definitive answer as to what vehicle left the factory!!

The nice thing about Marmite, the really GREAT thing about it, is that if it gets stuck in customs for four years, goes well past it's use-by date, becomes rancid and the bacteria develop to a point where a system of local government is in place, they have free housing for bacteria with families, all the little bacteria go to school and the more inquisitive bacteria have invented both the digital watch and Corby trouser press - it will STILL taste absolutely FOUL !!!!

All I could explain it to is a clerical error out of either the Factory at Cologne or Genk, or the dealership perhaps
Here's my answering machine message:
"Hello this is the voicemail of Brick Vader. I had the 3 bean Jalapeno and chilli salsa with double cheese, and I washed it down with a gallon of gin. I'll be in and out all day...............beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep"

It will be an error, you may need to get written confirmation from Ford but you can notify DVLA and they would make the necessary changes to their database and your logbook. Two blokes at work have mk3 Mondeo 2.0 TDCi Ghia's but both were registered as Zetec S's
Panther Black 2007 Mondeo ST TDCi. Eibach Pro-kit Lowering Springs - Forge Silicon Boost Hoses & Induction Pipe - EBCTurbo Groove Discs and Redstuff pads - Wingy Decat - K&N Panel Filter - Airtec Intercooler - MIJ Performance Stainless Steel Exhaust - AmD Custom Remap 190bhp, 326.5lb/ft Torque

No the Police won't be "arse holes" if they pull you because DVLA have put the wrong information on their records, they'll be doing their job as i'm sure you'd appreciate if some "arse hole" was driving round in a iffy motor that had been stolen from you.

Mondeo 2.5T Tit X 2008, in panther black, sportspack and privacy glass. Never seem another model like it in my area. Looks good but getting naffed off with irritating faults and bad customer service..

I noticed that when I plugged my VIN code into Etis it came back saying my ST24 was an Si. I'm pretty sure it isn't an Si as they're supposed to have the close ratio gearbox, and the fact that Si's never came here
