Hello everyone.

I just bought a 2009 Mondeo 2.0 TDCI with voice control. Since the car was imported from Netherlands, the voice control is in their language.

The car has the NX big navigation system, BT and voice control. Is it possible to change the language of the voice control to English somehow? All other menus are in english... Can it be done at the dealers?

If not, do I have to change some modules or something? Where are they located? Which one is in english? Will it work if I just swap them? What about adding USB (currently I only have the aux-in which I don't really need but would love the USB).

Many thanks !

with the NX satnav ALL Voice Commands are done by the satnav - sorry can't help with which menu in satnav, as I don't have one - BT module is only for phone interface.

Try searching this forum, there are instructions somewhere as it's a regularly asked question.

Hope this helps.

I searched in the satnav menus and found VC language, set it to English and now it's all good :)
