I have a two MK3 Mondeo's, one 02 TDDI - 85kw, and other is 03 TDCI - 96kw (For parts)
My daily tddi have a bad dual mass flywheel (noisy), and i am wondering if the flywheel from my 03 TDDI will fit on TDDI engine.
Also i am interested to change the clutch and gearbox from 5 speed...
Got another problem with my car, mk1 zetec focus 1.6. The biting point is very high and have to rev a lot to get going or else it'll stall. I was wondering if I bought this it'll fix the problem. Also how does a flywheel come into this, would i need it or is that something different...
Vehicle is a 2005 Mondeo 2.2 TDCi (155), with 6 speed box.
Bought it last year and have recently noticed it clattering at the clutch biting point (or with the clutch fully depressed).
Diagnosis : the dreaded DMF.
So I pop onto eBay, start searching.

i had a little issue with a starter motor i bought,i could not get it to line up properly where as the old one slid straight in!
well i have noticed something,there seems to be a batch of starter motors going about with a little cut out missing next to the holes the bolts go into!
Checking timing on my 2002 130 manual. Not got the crankshaft pulley off so limited reference points.
I have the locking pin, can't shift (despite trying everything everybody was kind enough to suggest but heat - still wondering who has my tools) glowplugs in cyl 1&2
