    I've got 18"x8.5" with 225/45 tyres The measured "gap" between flat of tread to arch is approx. 65mm front and back. I will replace the self levelling shocks for Bilsteins. Eibach -30 rear and -40 front be OK?

    I have clunking noise when turning after mounting lowering springs. Any ideas what could be wrong? The guy who changed them says the bearings are fine. Could the bearings be mounted wrong?

    I have recently installed a set of H&R 35mm Progressive Lowering Springs on my MK3 Focus and my front suspension has developed a knocking or 'clunking' noise, mainly coming from the driver side strut. Has anybody else had this problem and could anyone help with solving it?
