3.6 to 4 bar for the standard 2L. I would expect the turbo engine to require a bit more than that.

Mine sits at 43.5psi (3bar), increasing to match boost pressure i.e 10psi boost results in 53.5psi fuel pressure.

Hmm that's interesting thank you.
Mine sits at 60 psi on a cold start. After a minute or so it drops to 43 psi at idle.

But it never increases beyond that? WOT any gear, any rpm etc, the same. Ever seen this issue?

All readings measured with the torque Pro app.

My readings are also from Torque Pro.
It does hit 60psi on cold start but within 8seconds revs are down to normal idle and fuel pressure is down to 43.5psi.

Looking at some of my logs it appears you need 8psi of boost before the fuel pressure increases any, but if it's not increasing at all then you have a problem. Do you have an OBD reader? if you do you could look at what values are being sent to the ecu for airflow, o2 sensor, throttle position, boot pressure and fuel pressure.
