2 part clutch numbers

hi guys i have a 2001 mondeo tddi 115 could any one tell me if these part numbers will fit my car

these are genuine parts
Flywheel part no 1233682
Clutch part no 1435153
Slave part no 1478806

i rang ford and they qouted me

clutch 1154771
flywheel 1128990
slave 1478806

hope you can help
dont fancy paying ford prices

remember FORD dont make em, they only buy em in, rebox em and add 50% to you....

now ring round the factors like Brake Bros, etc, befriend a garage and try for trade discounts
