2004 tdci 130

hi wondering if any 1 can help. have an 04 tdci 130 mondeo, wen it starts in mornings it keeps stoping unless you hold some revs on it,fine wen it warms up and is drivind 100%, is also very blue smokey wen started, had it pluged into numerious computers including the ford 1 but no faults. have changed fuel pump and injectors, any sujestions
