2016 Transit Connect UK Sync 1.1 to Sync 3

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has done a Sync3 conversion on a Transit Connect Mk2 with Sync1.1?
I have found multiple threads and advice for other fords but i can't seem to find anyone who has done this to a UK connect I have all the components except the facia which I can create Frankenstein style and the correct adapter harness. The harness is the main issue as I don't have wiring diagrams for either the Sync 3 system or my Transit. Also if anyone has done it on a Tourneo connect then this could possibly be the same process.
