2017 Ford KA+ side indicator lens

Hello all,
I am trying to find the clear side indicator lens (embedded in door mirrors) for Ford Ka+ online but not very successful so far.
Any idea if they are shared with any other Ford car, like Figo and where to source them (apart from stealers)?

Ford - Catcar.info use vin no. might get more results searching with part no.

I made one from coat hanger wire) to pull it part way out, then small pliers with long narrow jaws to finish the job. Careful not to break the mirror when the clip finally comes loose!.
