You could buy a better exhaust system, induction and chipping it would also be good. :L

Right, exhaust wise you could talk to powerflow who will custom make a system for your car at a cost of around £400 or you could buy a blueflame system which is £300 i think

As for the induction kit you could buy a bomz kit which alot of people on here have and cost around £50. Or there are the usuals such as k&n and pipercross for around £100

on the chip front you should opt for a unichip which is just right for your car and wont cause any damage or wear anything out :L

Go for panel filter - K&N or similar as standard airbox has excellent airflow and won't induce heat soak, Blueflame exhaust and unichip - in that order. :L
What that man says.....Got a ST200 airbox on mine with a K&N panel filter(been the open cone route before,the cons far out weigh the pros IMHO)..Unless you're going for subtle tasteful mods I'd leave the car the way it is..

Panel filter first (or Viper induction kit 250 quid). Have a K&N panel filter in the estate and Viper on the hatch. Out of the two I'd say the Viper is slightly better but at 6 times the price!!!!!!!

Decent exhaust (Blue flame or Powerflow, both are good)

De-cat pipe

& then finally maybe a remap to make the above three work well with each other.

Not really worth having the remap until you have got all three done as you will see very little increase from each of them but all of them together work well.

unichip will give you 5-10bhp gain, if you added alot of other engine mods a unichip will make alot more out of them aswell.

how can a chip damage your engine???? the whole point of a chip is so you dont damage your engine, by running things like induction kits and free flowing exhausts the engine will run lean. hence getting it chipped, to adjust the air-fuel ratio correctly. and mapping will adjust the ignition timing to the most efficient.

strut brace, try ebay (and most other online car tuner stores sell them)

koni's, try Euro performance (google it cos i cant remember the exact link)

i'll move this to the V6 section, you'll get more replies in there

there is other stuff you can add to the v6 but it sounds like you need to do a bit of swotting up on engine stuff. i could list all the possibilities but you would probably just think its all going to "knack your engine" :}
