Anyone know the size of the caliper bleed nipples on a mkII?

Plan on changing the brake fluid on Friday so may aswell replace the nipples when I'm on.

8mm i think maybe 10? best bet is just use ur spanner set and find out

use a good fitting 6 sided spanner as well , a quick question for you though , you need to open the bleed nipples to bleed the brakes anyway so i am a bit lost as to why you seem to want a spanner to change the nipples , might just be me though :whistling: :sad:

Should explain myself a bit more. Need to know the size before I start so I can buy the correct size nipples. Really need to know the thread size, ie, are they 10mm x 1mm threads? Not all nipples are the same size you see.

just goto ford and ask for some they can look them up ontheir parts software.
