Looks smoother with em removed. BUT if you use it as a daily driver and are constantly in car parks, poss leave them on. BUT with shape of the Mk2 doors and where the bumps trips actually are, would it make a difference?!

remember that when you take the door strips off the door is not as soundproofed and as a resuly will sound like a transit van when you shut the doors afterwards!!!speaking from experience. :L
