hiya guys i recieved a ticket for driving in a bus lane on the 21/11/06 and the ticket date was 03/01/07 with no picture. i dont even recall driving in the bus lane, i dont know if the 2 week rule applies to this, but the fine is only £30 at the moment. should i appeal against it or isit not worth it?

By paying you are saying you did it, but you have said you dont remember doing it, so dispute

What's the consequence if losing the appeal? Well if you said you don't remember doing it then yes you should appeal against it!

But again... it really depends which side of the gamble is more worth taking really....

If you did it pay it ! If you never or someone else may have been driving , then appeal ! Remembe , they have to prove you GUILTY , you dont have to prove innocence :evil:
