My son is doing a school homework project on design and manufacture of Mondeo car sests.
Does anyone know where he can get some information on the materials used and the manufacturing processes?

Send me your EMail, I will send pics of dismantled seats, and a description of how they are made. The manufacturing process is my best guess, but shouldn't be far wrong.

FYI, they are assembled by LEAR in Coventry. There is a megger on here who works for them who could probably better advise you.
