changing mk1 headlights

does anyone know if the late mk1 headlights (the ones without the defusers) are a straight plug in with the wiring. or have i got to change the wiring or other than that i have got to get some morrettes CHEAPISH as my internals have all loose on my headlights. :thankyousign:

AFAIK they have the same plug so you could put any lights (ones with or without diffusers) on. I don't remember there being any differences and I had (and removed) both type on the Mk1. :L

cheers for the reply fella. looks like i am gonna look for a pair of late mk1 headlights then and fit them then if i can get some cheaper than morrettes
