I have looked through many pages of the forums here about clutch problems. I seem unable to locate a resolution to the problem my car has.

The clutch only engages when the pedal is right at the top of travel, I have bled the system and that did not make any difference. Checked for leaks etc and can find none. I have tried putting my foot down going uphill in forth and get no increase in engine revs.

My car is a Mondeo Ghia X 2.0L with 125000 on the clock.

What else can I try ?

OK thanks

I assume from your comments that the clutch is on it's way out.
