Decat will be less restrictive than a cat so yes should give you a slight increase along with better exhaust not, as for filter make sure you buy an open end one as the main air feed is in the wing and with out the open end you will suffer, also think about moving the battery to the boot as your filter may also suffer heat soak due to its location. As to wether you should fit them thats up to you adn what you are aiming for with your car! Also check the wiki adn search opions out lots of useful info in there.
