Drivers side 4 way electric windows switch

I was going to change the leds in my window switch since they dont work, but in the process of taking it apart I could hear a rattle from within the switch. Once apart I noticed like a copper pin has come loose from which i guess is the slide switch that stops the rear peeps from using the leccy windows. Has anyone got a photo on how it should be fitted?

I did the same thing when I opened mine up.

Its hard to get a picture of it in the right place but it sits with the metal legs toward the bottom of the switch. Once you sit it in you will see its essentially just a rocker switch with 2 contact points. The trick is to get the slider switch on the top part of the switch to sit on the copper rocker in the right place when its reassembled
Ok will have a look later this week. Regarding the LED's I'm right that these will need resisters fitted to each LED??

I just used 2 resistors when I did mine.

The pic above shows them on the leg of the LED but I used mine in the space between the LEDs on each side more or less where the standard ones are.

Doesn't make any difference where you fit them but made it easier to bridge the LEDs with the resistor there,
Cheers for your help guys!
just to let you know i got my leds today. All now soldered in and working. :smoking: :smoking:
