ear brake discs

hi im back and after some more advice.

after changing my front discs and pads i decided i may aswell do the rears aswell but got as far as the discs and couldnt budge them at all.Is there an easy way of doing this and can it be done by a mear novice in car mechanics any help / advice would be gratefully recieved.

Morbidos
get a 2,5kg sledge hammer and keep wacking them on the center (between the bolts not the center of the hub) untill they come off!

ok cheers i will give it a go when im off next but it sounds rather brutal
