I have a 2002 plate TDCI GHIA X 130 ps. 102000 miles

The car developed a flutter at 2000-3000rpm and was taken to a diesel specialist. The fault took some finding and in the end was diagnosed at Ford.
Total cost £239.00 which included £50.00 from ford for diagnosis. EGR Valve failure.

My problem now is that the car seems to lack Torque for overtaking, it used to throw my head back it is now very tame although cruising is fine. The turbo is fine but I am getting a slight woosh sound from the engine. What can I do the car ticks over at 750 RPM fine ???

Sounds like they've either not refitted one of the intake pipes properly or one of them has split after being removed and refitted.
