Hi there,

I just bought a one of these from a Ford Scorpio, didnt cost me much because the dude didnt seem to know what it was, £2 so i decided it was worth a punt.

Getting it home i've cleaned it and found it has a blotch in the middle, quite similar to what happens when you crack an LCD, only not as dark and bad.

I think i already know, but is this likely to be completedly knacked? The mirror itself doesnt seem dark or anything.

Bah, oh well cant go wrong for £2 quid, i paid more than that for a replacement standard mirror from halfords.

Deffo busted, the scorpio mirrors are quite delicate, unless they are crystal clear with no power to them they tend not to operate properly.
