Didn't want to bolt it to the boot floor or the back of the seats, Couldn't put it under passanger seat as i have a multi changer there. I didn't want any wires showing and wanted it to look neat, so this is what i did. :L

I am not sure about cooling, i had an amp fitted like this a few years ago when i had a cavelier gsi and had no problems with it then.
The back of the amp is not covered there is no back on the box i have made just top bottom and the front. Do you think i need some sort of cooling and any ideas to how to do it ????? Thanks for the comments as for making it, it wasn't to hard just took a bit of time to get the front cut right and it can be removed easily as the bottom is covered in velcro and the top has small right angled brackets on and it just bolts up to the little bolts that hold the parcel shelf supports in place.
As you can see in the picture just need to paint them so they don't stand out to much. But that holds it in plcae really tight and well. :L

yep :L held tight can't put it through to much though as you still need to leave room so the power wires and speaker wires ect still fit.

Fitted a cooling fan today to stop the amp getting to hot as a few of you suggested have another one to fit also, but the weather stopped me today so will have to fit that later on. :L

I've never done anything like this in my life but wouldn't of been a better idea to fit the 2nd fan top left? its just if you fill the boot the bottom fan isn't going to be able to suck or blow any air is it????

Looks really good too, and from the pictures if you don't look closely you would think it was fitted into the arch.

Nice work :L

Did want to put it top left but the frame work that holds the amp in is in the way so couldn't do it, had to settle for the bottom left :L
