fitting hatch seats in an estate

Im going to be changing my seats soon in my 03 130 tdci lx hatchback (facelift), my boss has a pre-facelift estate (lx) and his seats are a mess. I was wondering if the seats out of my hatch would fit in his estate? Sorry if theres been a topic about this but I cant find one. Many thanks in advance
