check the condition of the spark plugs, same thing happeneded to my dad in his 1.25
ford fiesta 1.25 lumpy

just added a mk 4 fiesta to the fleet and it is a little lumpy between 2.5 and 3k .Other than that it feels little strange to be driving a smaller car. before you ask it is for the fiance not for me!
Car starts ok idle was about 1.5k but after while it seemed to settle down to about 1k.
apart from that just wish to add a seccond key but that is a latter job.

They have problems with coil packs aswell
easier to check the plugs before the pack.
