Hello,

I own a Ford Mondeo MK4 facelift from 2011. Yesterday I turned on the passenger side heated seat, but the problem is that I can't turn it off. The level lowering part from the switch is not working now, and always I start the car, the seat heater is turning on.

I tried to take out FB3 and FB4 fuses from the rear box, but didn't worked.

Can I do something ?

Have you tried unplugging the switch?

Not really. There is a plug under the seat, or I have to open the shifting gear and take out the switch ?

The actual switch by the gear stick.

If the switch is broken you're going to have to remove it anyway to replace it.
