fuel filter

is there any point in going for a ford fuel filter instead of a cheap one? Or an oil filter for that matter?

I never go for cheap oil because it seems to perform worse than the more expensive stuff but is it the same with filters?

i dont think so, ive cut open ford fuel filter, and cheaper one, they are both the same thing, paper filter inside metal cannister. oil filters are very much alike also.

the "paper" could be differnt grade though and not "filter" as good as ford one's
