2009 mk4 1.8 , 110k, 11 year
one of the injector leaking, other injectors looks ok dry (I didn't open them)
I took it out today, the copper sealing washer looks ok,
shall buy a new one? or clean it and change the copper washer?
It seemed the simens injector doesn't need coding?
Thanks

Leaking into the cylinder? It needs replacing.

The washer may have heat hardened even if it looks OK. You may not get the same sealing effect as a new one.

It will run better if coded, £20..(ish) for an OBD tool that uses Forscan software to recode it yourself.

Hard to say as its very wet all around that area. That leakoff pipe looks suspect to me.
But the high pressure inlet pipe also looks very wet.

Need to scrub it all down and get the area dry and see where the leak starts. Inspect that leakoff
pipe though.

Thanks, I will double check the leaking source before order the injectors
