Full Service, how often do you?

As the title suggests, how often do you get a full service on your car?

Just curious.

I do a full service every 12k miles.

Oil
Oil filter
Air filter
Fuel Filter
Pollen Filter

Worth having it on the ramps and having a good luck at everything whilst your on.

Full service is around £50-60 when doing it yourself. Will cost around double that for a local tyre fitting style place to do it.
Depends what you mean by a FULL service. I do the above: as in:

Oil
Oil filter
Air filter
Fuel Filter
Pollen Filter

Plus several other things, BUT that is nowhere near a full service, just some minor bits.
For a full service, the belts would be changed as well as the brake fluid and coolant, not to mention checking things all over the car and replacing as needed
pollen and air filter i'd do annually but the rest should depend on the amount of mileage on your car and how you drive. changing the filters and oil is not a proper service, you should carry out a full inspection (brake pads, lights, wheel bearings etc) thats why it will cost more at a garage. i change the oil and fuel filter every 6000 just because my car has high mileage.
6000 miles for the oil & filter for me too many cold starts & short journeys.

Air filter & Fuel depends on where the cars been. Driven by the coast i change them earlier than driving in the city.

I have had to vacuum sand out of a filter box before. It gets everywhere.
Oil, oil filter gets done every 10k, air filter and pollen filter every 20k and plugs every 50k miles - these last two intervals from experience. LPG gas filter every 30k (just had it done for the first time, and still in good condition). I have a fuel filter on the shelf that I've been meaning to fit for ages...

My car does high mileage open road commuting, and with the LPG, the oil's almost as clean coming out as it went in - although it'll be broken down at a molecular level.
Once out of warranty, I change the oil and filter every 6 months (due to the fact that I do very short journeys).
I have a quick look round underneath and under bonnet when I change the oil.
I grease/oil hinges etc every year
Check brake pads (through the wheels) monthly and do everything else at the mileages they are due.
I check oil level and tyre pressures every 2-3 weeks.
I like to take the wheels off at least once a year to give them a good clean inside and to prevent them sticking to the hub.
