I have a problem with the arm on the rear calipers where the handbrake cable is attached(MK3).

It won`t go back after using the handbrake. So the rear brakes are sticking. Is there any way to fix this so I don`t have to change both calipers?

I have been told that I have to change both to sort this...

Oh, forgot to say that I have change the cables...

What I did with my previous 2001 Mk3 was, remove the cable ends, spray some spray grease on the shaft (put a rag over the caliper and disk to prevent spraying grease anywhere else), then work the arm back and forth (use a lever or molegrips if it's very stiff) then clean the area with brake cleaner and apply some fresh grease. Never stuck again after that with a periodic spray of grease now and then. I've sprayed some grease on my new (2005) ones already to prevent them from sticking in future.
