Does any one know how I can fix this? - the passenger seat heats up fine but the drivers one has stopped working although the switch still lights up and the rake adjustment switch still works too.

Are they heated and cooled? Just heated. Does none of it work. I've read posts on here. About wires on the elements breaking.

a few have removed the seat and unpicked the leather then repair or replace element,would disconnect battery for half hour before messing , seat only held in with 4 bolts so easy to get out.

Commonly it happens because of seat moving. There is an inflexible wire there and if you often change seat position it may tear, check it out, especially between seat and back
