Hey, so my 2007 Ka has a problem with the cabin heater. It's stuck on hot, and I've replaced both the thermostat housing and the heater valve both to no avail. Anything else I could try?

Hello Joshua,

I'm not sure why you replaced the thermostat housing (another problem?), and I'm not familiar with the heater valve location but assuming that was replaced properly and there's no airlocks (not that an airlock would make the heater run hot anyway) the next logical step to me is to check the heater control is either attached properly to the valve (if mechanical trace it from the control in the dash to the valve) or the electronics are functioning correctly (again trace from the control to the valve).

After that, I'm not sure for now

Thank you, I shall try these. I replaced the thermostat housing due to a water leak coming from it, I thought it could've been something to do with the other problem!
