how much of the car are you doing

i've just done most of the mk1 (ie: floor, boot floor, roof, in the doors) but still have bits left to do (ie: the tailgate, boot side panels and bits on the doors)

so far i've used about 65sq ft and i think i need approx 30sq ft to finish it

Although thats a good link (I'm looking for my mk3) It doesn't really answer the question unless I missed summat.

I'm assuming a mk3 wouldn't be a great deal more than a mk2? but it would be more, as the mk3 is a bit bigger.

What are the weight implications of this stuff? The 1.8 in a mk3 aint that quick anyway and I wouldn't want to weigh it down much more.
