i fitted a new steering wheel a few weeks ago ready for cruise control being added and at first the horn was fine only problem was when trying to fit a disclok i kept catching the horn, one day the horn stopped working so i jacked the car up checked connections on front horn and sprayed it with wd40, checked fuses and tried different relays, today ive removed steering column casing and found the black plug with 3 pins in had become disconnected, i plugged it back in reconnected the battery, soon as terminal touched the horn went off, disconnected the plug on steering column and horn still stays on when power connected, anyone know what can be causing this and how to correct it?

still got the original clock spring on from before i changed the steering wheel, it was working fine for a while after i put the cruise wheel on
